Creativity is a choice, not a feeling

This is a play on a famous saying where ‘love’ is usually in place of the word creativity, but it’s a very similar process and it applies well in this scenario. As a writer, you’re trying to seduce this idea or feeling and translate it into a series of words that’s both beautiful and functional, and it’s very similar to love in that there is no right or wrong way to go about it. It depends on you, your audience, and what you want to say.
